Attention to Detail

“This has been the most successful event to date, it surpassed our expectations, it could not have been any better” has been the resounding response to the fundraising events I have managed. The CEO of One Girl Australia said they wouldn’t have another Cocktail Gala if I couldn’t be the Event Manager. This was primarily due to the level of detail I undertake.

Attention to detail is of prime importances. Covering all your bases in every aspect of the event is important to keep everyone happy and consequently, producing a very successful event. It helps having had a heap of experience to draw on to anticipate issues in advance.

Experience provides insights that translates to a smoother run event.

11 banners lined the walls telling the narrative, gave an impressive look and added to the ‘theming’

For example, if the guest speakers are new to public speaking, I ask if they are familiar with using a mic and mic technique, I would check their speech is of a suitable length and content and check what their delivery is like … and so it goes on and on and on …

Attention to detail - theming. The ceiling clouds, room lighting along with a few dozen jars with tea lights ... NICE LOOK!
